Certain customized, energized, or specially prepared products may require additional processing time. In such cases, the expected delivery schedule will be communicated to the customer.

The order will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

International orders are shipped through available and suitable international courier or postal services.
