At Bhagya Ratan Sansthan, we strive to provide genuine astrological guidance, traditional spiritual services, energized Yantras, and carefully selected gemstones according to the requirements of our customers. Since different services and products involve different stages of preparation, our cancellation and refund terms vary accordingly.

By placing an order or booking a service with Bhagya Ratan Sansthan, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Gemstone Orders

Gemstone orders may involve selection, sourcing, testing, preparation, certification, and other arrangements made specifically for the customer.

If an order is cancelled before the gemstone has been specially prepared or dispatched, a cancellation charge of 10% of the total order value may be applicable.
If cancellation is requested after the gemstone has been prepared, invoiced, or otherwise processed specifically for the customer, up to 25% of the order value may be retained as cancellation charges.
Once the gemstone has been shipped and the tracking details have been provided, cancellation will generally not be accepted.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any applicable cancellation, processing, preparation, or shipping charges.

2. Yantra Orders

Yantras may be prepared, customized, energized, and consecrated according to the customer’s requirements. Therefore, cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of preparation.

Cancellation before the energization or preparation process may be accepted subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
Once the Yantra has undergone energization or special preparation, a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the total order value may apply.
Once the Yantra has been dispatched and tracking information has been shared, cancellation will generally not be possible.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of eligible charges.

3. Astrological Consultation & Services

Astrological consultations, Horoscope readings, Kundli analysis, reports, and other personalized services are prepared according to information provided by the customer.

A cancellation request made after confirmation of the service may be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.
If substantial work has already been completed, a higher cancellation charge may apply depending on the stage of the service.
Once a personalized report has been prepared, delivered, or the consultation has been completed through phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed communication method, the service will generally be considered fulfilled and no refund will be available.
If a service has not yet been started, Bhagya Ratan Sansthan may, at its discretion, allow cancellation or rescheduling after applicable charges.

4. Online Pooja Services

Online Pooja services require advance coordination with our Pandits, including scheduling, preparation of Samagri, selection of Muhurat, and arrangement of the requested rituals.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the scheduled Pooja date and before the preparation process begins.
If the Pooja has already been scheduled, preparations have started, or required Samagri has been arranged, applicable preparation or cancellation charges may be deducted.
Once the Pooja, Havan, or religious ceremony has been performed, the service will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
If Bhagya Ratan Sansthan is unable to conduct a confirmed Pooja due to circumstances on our side, we may offer rescheduling or an appropriate refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

Any applicable cancellation, preparation, consultation, shipping, or payment-processing charges may be deducted before the refund is issued.

6. Service Rescheduling

In certain circumstances, customers may request to reschedule an astrology consultation or Online Pooja instead of cancelling the service. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.

7. Astrological Guidance Disclaimer

Astrology is based on traditional Vedic principles, planetary calculations, interpretations, and knowledge passed through established astrological practices. Astrological predictions and guidance are intended for informational and spiritual guidance purposes and may vary from person to person.

Bhagya Ratan Sansthan does not guarantee specific outcomes from any consultation, prediction, gemstone, Yantra, Pooja, or astrological remedy. Customers are encouraged to use their own judgment when making important personal, financial, professional, medical, or legal decisions.
